TeleConsult refers to the provision of remote clinical services, via real-time two-way communication between the patient and the healthcare provider for the purpose of providing diagnostic or therapeutic advice through using electronic audio and visual means (ZOOM video call). 

Teleconsultation is not recommended for those patients who require examination or diagnostic procedures that can only be performed in person by a doctor or physician. Doctor’s assessment, advice, recommendation, and prescription are based on all the information or data shared by the patient during the teleconsultation.
