The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course offered by the American Heart Association (AHA) is an advanced, instructor-led training that builds on the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS) skills. It is intended for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies.
